Honestly, I’m not even sure if that’s a real story or if it’s just all set-up for the final Mac and Me gag. Either way, it’s a laugh riot.

This revelation comes as a surprise to Loki, and it should serve as a warning sign to us that the Time Keepers’ preservation of what has been dubbed the Sacred Timeline may not actually be in the best interest of the universe. Rather than preserving the timeline for the good of existence, perhaps they’re only doing this to stop anyone from threatening their control over time, the universe, and, well, everything. If the Time Keepers have the ability to see into the future, then why wouldn’t they do anything they could to keep themselves in power? After all, in Marvel Comics, the Time Keepers were previously known as Time-Twisters, beings who were meant to save the future but ended up destroying it from the past.

Black Widow is at its best when it’s a wacky family drama between Natasha, Yelena, Alexei, and Melina, with dashes of a spy thriller. But Marvel films can’t content themselves with staying small, and Black Widow falls victim to the big bombast characteristic of the studio. The result is a disappointing solo movie that ends up burying Natasha Romanoff once again.

Six friends go spelunking, and if the movies have taught us anything it’s that these friends are doomed. Doomed! As expected, a cave-in traps the men underground, terrified, desperate for rescue, and increasingly hungry. As the days pass, though, it’s clear that no help is coming – so they draw straws to seem whose arm they’re all going to eat first. Ted is the unlucky one, but no sooner have they held him down and severed his arm that rescuers pop through the wall, saving all of their lives. The friends make up a quick lie that Ted lost his arm in the cave-in, but five years later someone is offing the two-armed survivors in gruesome fashion.
